KOREA: SUBAK-SOJU
One of my fiancé's favorite drinks is Soju and I am so desperate to get him to visit Seoul with me again some day. I fell in love with Korea when I was working there for 2 weeks back in 2019. Okay so what is in this fave of ours? Its a blend of rice liquor (Soju) and some fresh watermelon and lime juices. Check this watermelon cocktail out.
Ingredients
1 mini seedless watermelon
1 bottle (375ml) of soju (you can substitute with vodka, white rum or sake)
1 bottle (355ml) of sprite

CUBA: MOJITO
A staple cocktail for many, did you know the mojito was invented in Cuba and preferred by Hemingway? The mint, the lime, the sugar, I am ready to book a one way ticket to the islands. Check out the recipe here.

PERU: PISCO SOUR
One of my favorite transitioning-the-seasons cocktails: a sour. Yes, there’s egg in your cocktail and it is DELICIOUS. Some simple syrup here, a dash of lime there and a splash of Pisco (a Peruvian brandy) and you are in business my friend. Check out the recipe here.

2 ounces of pisco
1/2 ounce of lemon
