Part Time/ Fully Remote 


Starting at 40 hours/month or 10 hours/week



  • 6 Month - hours increase to 80 hours/month

  • 12 Month - consideration for full-time Operations Role

  • 18 Months - consideration for In House Advisor role


Starting at $19/hour


The Travel Coordinator‘s main responsibility is the front line support of Steuber Travel Group's In House Advisors. 


Relational, proactive, detail oriented, and intuitive people, with virtual experience, will thrive in this role. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Entering proposal designs under the direction of Madeline Steuber and Katie Heinzen; the Travel Coordinator will utilize our technology software to prepare mobile itinerary apps 

  • The Coordinator will be in charge Client Profile Management — specifically checking in with clients to obtain their passport information and ensure all passports are not expired

  • The coordinator will assist with entering airfare routing as purchased into mobile itinerary app for clients 

  • The coordinator will work under management direction to pull hotel quotes

  • The coordinator will work under management to prepare customized dining guides

  • The coordinator will manage concierge needs in our Client Central Tracker; booking dining reservations, booking spa treatments, reminding hotels of clients VIP arrivals, and delivering welcome notes written by STG team

  • The coordinator will act as the first level reviewer in the final document pipeline to ensure all information from partners matches STG design exactly 


Criteria Includes:

  • Must be a driven self-starter, detail oriented, proactive, and trustworthy.

  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely
