Navigating a sea of resort options can be a daunting task, especially when online reviews may not be accurate. Our Sun and Sand Package is your dedicated solution, offering vetted resort options in a meticulously detailed. and apples-to-apples comparison style so you can make an informed decision.

1. Vetted Recommendations:
Wary of online reviews that may be influenced or purchased? Rest assured, our resort selections undergo a vetting process. Our recommendations are chosen based on merit. If there are pitfalls to a resort, we do our best to let you know. Spare yourself the uncertainty.
2. A Format that makes sense:
Recognizing the challenge of comparing resorts on an apples-to-apples basis, our proposal formats the most important information in a side-by-side style. Every Sun and Sand proposal has an overview section on the hotel, room category details with pictures, inclusions, and quotes; an overview highlighting on-property dining, on-property experiences, and spa offerings.
3. Streamlined Itinerary Planning:
Our concierge service assists with on-property dining reservations, spa reservations, and activity reservations. Our concierge team also assists you with booking your private transfers.
4. Tailored Flight Suggestions:
Each Sun and Sand package includes a recommended flight path to help your decision-making process. Sometimes. if one destination offers a nonstop, while another resort destination may force you into a layover, it can make or break your selection.

Do you offer assistance with dining?
Dining Assistance
Yes, we provide a curated dining guide for your destination. Dining is subjective and personal. For that reason, we provide links to menus for you to review and select. To streamline your on the ground experience, all clients will make reservations using platforms such as Resy and Open Table. This allows our clients to cancel and move reservations at their convenience and leisure.
To assist with bookings where online reservations are not available, our Operations Manager will connect you with our on property partners to facilitate bookings. We provide our partners with a Concierge Profile to streamline your experience. Our Operations Manager will stay connected with you to ensure your dining requests are prioritized.
Deposit
Once you have made your trip deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation and we will begin the concierge process. Many dining reservations do not open until 60 days prior up to only 2 weeks prior.
Dining Guide
You will receive an email from our Operations Manager and a curated dining guide for your destination. You will have access to menus and links for your review and selection.
60 Days Prior
Dining is personal. For that reason we provide all clients ample time to review their dining recommendations. We recommend finalizing selections online 60 days prior. This will allow easy cancellation if needed.
Concierge
For reservations that require a phone call, our team will connect you directly with our on property partners to assist with your dining selections. This will allow for ease of cancellation in country if needed.
