In order to protect our work and our client's sensitive information, we cannot share samples on our website, but we strive to offer the best itinerary service with impeccable detail and curation. Our custom itineraries include:

The Globetrotter

Prices starting at $1,200

Best Suited: Honeymooners, Couples Trips, or Family Travel

This package is best suited for `10 day trips with full custom planning for up to 4 travelers. 

This package includes two rounds of revisions, a Know Before You Go Guide, and a Dining Guide

STG connects our clients with a local concierge to assist with reservations that cannot be made online. We streamline your concierge process by providing a detailed concierge profile to our partners on property.

We work on a packaged basis with partners in country. For a la carte bookings, please refer to our Tailor Made Package.

The Navigator

Prices starting at $1500

Best Suited: Couples or families, looking for custom itineraries in the United States or abroad. 

 

This package is for 14 day trips with fully custom planning for up to 6 travelers.

 

This package also includes three rounds of revisions,

a Know Before You Go Guide, and a Dining Guide

Sun, Sand, and Soirée

Prices starting at $150 per person

Best Suited: Couples, Families, and Group Trips

 

This package is suited for 7 day Mexico, Island, or Caribbean trips. The package includes: 2-3 hotel comparison quotes, assistance with booking reservations on property, and arranging concierge services such as spa appointments. This package is not suited for European Trips.

Tailor Made

Prices starting at $2,500

Best Suited: Curated for our discerning clients, including couples or families, looking for individualized and experiential travel.

 

This package is for 10 day trips or more, anywhere in the world with fully custom planning for up to 8 travelers.

 

These packages are tailor made and include a la carte bookings, individual or hand selected experiences, and support from your STG advisor every step of the way in your planning journey.

 

This package also includes a Know Before You Go Guide, a Dining Guide, and Dining Reservations for up to 10 restaurant experiences.

Do you offer assistance with dining?

Yes, we provide a curated dining guide for your destination. Dining is subjective and personal. For that reason, we provide links to menus for you to review and select. To streamline your on the ground experience, all clients will make reservations using platforms such as Resy and Open Table. This allows our clients to cancel and move reservations at their convenience and leisure.

To assist with bookings where online reservations are not available, our Operations Manager will connect you with our on property partners to facilitate bookings. We provide our partners with a Concierge Profile to streamline your experience. Our Operations Manager will stay connected with you to ensure your dining requests are prioritized. 

Deposit 

Once you have made your trip deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation and we will begin the concierge process. Many dining reservations do not open until 60 days prior up to only 2 weeks prior.

Dining Guide

You will receive an email from our Operations Manager and a curated dining guide for your destination. You will have access to menus and links for your review and selection.

60 Days Prior

Dining is personal. For that reason we provide all clients ample time to review their dining recommendations. We recommend finalizing selections online 60 days prior. This will allow easy cancellation if needed.

Concierge

For reservations that require a phone call, our team will connect you directly with our on property partners to assist with your dining selections. This will allow for ease of cancellation in country if needed.

Rachel works thoughtfully, quickly and intuitively to pinpoint her clients needs and delivers in an engaging and fresh way that resonates. No matter how big (or small) the request, Rachel moves heaven and earth to make it happen. Simply said, she gets it done!

 

Rachel has spent the last decade opening hotels, hiring and training Concierge teams and overseeing Concierge services for a portfolio of luxury residential condominiums. She was named "Top Ten Concierge in New York City" twice and has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Business Insider, The New York Post, Patch and other publications for her work during her tenure in the industry. 

 

Most recently, Rachel kept her fingers on the pulse of the city as the Lifestyle Director for Luxury Concierge Firm, LIVunLtd. It was during her time at LIVunLtd, that she earned the NAHB National Sales & Marketing Council Silver Award for Lifestyle Director of the Year! She can’t wait to work with you to design a trip beyond your wildest dreams!

In-Real-Time Support

All contact information for onsite tour and activity personnel is readily available in your custom itinerary. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we also offer support leading up to and through departure, monitoring any potential issues that might impact the trip and making modifications as necessary.
